The Lutheran Homes Group story began almost 100 years ago. Throughout that time, we have strived to become a leader in the provision of retirement living, home care and residential care services in South Australia, prioritising the well-being of residents and staff.
At Lutheran Homes Group, we are continually excited by the changing environment in which we operate and have made listening to and working with our community a priority. That way, we can successfully anticipate and respond to the wishes and requirements of those that we serve.
Our locations across Adelaide
Lutheran Homes Group has care and living options in the following locations:
A range of living options
We offer a broad selection of care and living options, so you can
find the level of support and lifestyle that’s ideally suited to you.
Whether you live in one of our Retirement Villages or your own home in the wider community, we can provide support to help you live the life you want.
Our Home Care services can assist with a wide range of tasks, such as help getting dressed, bathing, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry.
Gardening and basic home maintenance, transport, nursing and allied health and therapy services are also very popular. Whatever your home care and support needs are, we’re sure we’ll be able to find a suitable solution.
We provide a wide range of Residential Care options to ensure our residents receive the specific care and support they require. All of our care homes offer palliative care and memory support for those living with dementia, and our dedicated Residential Care staff assist with a variety of day-to-day activities, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, dressing, and showering.
At Lutheran Homes Group, downsizing to a low-maintenance home doesn’t mean reducing your enjoyment of life. It means more time to do the things you love – a whole new lease on life!
We offer a broad selection of retirement living options across multiple locations, so you can find a lifestyle that’s ideally suited to you. Our 1, 2 or 3-bedroom units are for people who require little or no support with daily tasks, but who would like to enjoy the benefits that come with living in a retirement village.
Respite Care helps you and your caregiver, by providing a short break for both of you. It can enable each of you to have more time and space to do things independently and can also give you the chance to meet new people.
For those living alone, Respite Care can support you while you recover from an illness or injury or after a hospital admission.
All of our Respite Care is provided at our Residential Care Homes, with the option of care for either a few days or a few weeks.
