Lutheran Homes Group Para Vista comprises 25 units (comprising 10 duplexes) and is located adjacent to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Montague Road. A supermarket, shops, post office and bus service are all within easy walking distance.
You can also enjoy the comfort of knowing 24-hour emergency assistance is always close to hand. And with Respite and Residential Care located just a short drive away at Lutheran Homes Group Hope Valley, you won’t need to move far, even if your needs change.

Our 2 bedroom Retirement Living units come complete with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, bathroom and laundry.
Along with reverse cycle air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, floor coverings, and light fittings.

For residents seeking spiritual care and support, the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church is located adjacent to our Retirement Living units.
Should residents seek other than Lutheran/Christian spiritual care, pastoral carers from other faith traditions are welcome to visit them.
